Our founder, Carroll Newcomb, made celebrating the bonds between two people the mainstay of her life. As an ordained officiant, Carroll helped couples exchange their vows in some of the most beautiful and meaningful settings–from the banks of the Rogue River to the rim of Crater Lake. Over the course of a decade, Carroll realized that a significant factor limiting many couples’ ability to experience the full wedding of their dreams was the exorbitant cost of the dress–averaging several thousands of dollars.

It was a natural extension of Carroll’s ambitions to open a wedding dress boutique to make beautiful, affordable gowns available for brides-to-be.
